Vanessa Rogers, MS, PMP, CCRP

As founder and lead consultant of The Marie Group, LLC, Vanessa Rogers brings a combination of scientific training, clinical research operations experience, and project management expertise to complex healthcare and research programs.

​

Vanessa began her career in organ procurement, where she developed firsthand experience with the operational, regulatory, and human considerations surrounding organ recovery and transplantation. She later transitioned into clinical research, building progressive experience in federally funded research programs and advancing through roles in committee coordination, clinical trials, protocol navigation, site management, and project management.

Before founding The Marie Group, Vanessa held progressively responsible positions with Social & Scientific Systems (now DLH Corporation), ultimately serving as a Project Manager. Her work included clinical study development and implementation, site selection and management, regulatory coordination, scientific committee operations, monitoring, risk management, training, and cross-functional project leadership.

Through The Marie Group, Vanessa has provided clinical research and program consulting to healthcare organizations and federally funded research programs, including work performed under a direct NIH prime contract for independent clinical study monitoring. She has also supported Organ Procurement Organizations through research, operational consulting, community programs, and successful grant development.

Vanessa holds an MS in Neuroscience & Cognitive Science and a BA in Cognitive Science, as well as PMP and CCRP certifications. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to bridge scientific, operational, regulatory, and program management considerations in complex research and healthcare environments.
